ທີ່ຫ້ອງປະຊຸມສະຖາບັນພັດທະນາຊັບພະຍາກອນມະນຸດລາວ-ຍີ່ປຸ່ນ, ໂດຍການເຂົ້າຮ່ວມຂອງ ທ່ານ ຮສ. ປອ. ອຸດົມ ພອນຄຳເພັງ ຮອງອະທິການບໍດີ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດ ແລະທ່ານ ນາງ ລ້ຽວ ຊຸບ ລິນ (Leow Siu Lin) ເອກອັກຄະລັດຖະທູດສິງກະໂປປະຈຳລາວ ພ້ອມດ້ວຍພະນັກງານ, ຄູ-ອາຈານ ແລະນັກສຶກສາຈາກ ສອງປະເທດເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ.
ກິດຈະກຳແລກປ່ຽນຄັ້ງນີ້ມີນັກສຶກສາຈາກໂຮງຮຽນເທັກນິກການຊ່າງງີອານ ຈຳນວນ 30 ຄົນ ແລະນັກສຶກສາ ຈາກມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດ ຈຳນວນ 30 ຄົນ ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ. ຈຸດປະສົງແມ່ນເພື່ອແລກປ່ຽນທາງດ້ານວິຊາການ, ວັດທະນະທຳ-ສັງຄົມ, ການໃຊ້ຊີວິດ ແລະການເຮັດກິດຈະກຳຕ່າງໆຮ່ວມກັນໃນໂຄງການ TFI SCALE ໂດຍຜ່ານມູນນິທິທາມາເສະ (Temasek) ເຊິ່ງໂຄງການດັ່ງກ່າວແມ່ນຈະຈັດຂຶ້ນໃນລະຫວ່າງວັນທີ 7-21 ກັນຍາ 2019 ນີ້.
ໃນໂອກາດດັ່ງກ່າວ, ທ່ານ ຮສ. ປອ. ອຸດົມ ພອນຄຳເພັງ ກໍໄດ້ກ່າວຕ້ອນຮັບ ແລະມີຄຳເຫັນໃນທີ່ປະຊຸມວ່າ:
“ກິດຈະກຳດັ່ງກ່າວແມ່ນເປັນອີກເວທີໜຶ່ງເພື່ອໃຫ້ບັນດານັກສຶກສາໄດ້ເປີດໂອກາດໃນການພົບປະ-ແລກປ່ຽນ ຄວາມຮູ້, ຄວາມສາມາດເຊິ່ງກັນ ແລະກັນ. ພ້ອມນັ້ນ ຍັງເປັນການເຊື່ອມໂຍງ-ຮັດແໜ້ນສາຍພົວພັນລະຫວ່າງສອງສະຖາບັນ ເວົ້າລວມເວົ້າສະເພາະກໍແມ່ນມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດລາວ ແລະໂຮງຮຽນເທັກນິກການຊ່າງງີອານ ປະເທດສິງກະໂປ ໃຫ້ເກີດດອກອອກຜົນ ອີກດ້ວຍ”
ກ່ອນທີ່ໂຄງການແລກປ່ຽນດັ່ງກ່າວຈະມາຈັດຢູ່ ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດລາວ (ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ). ໃນລະຫວ່າງວັນທີ 29 ມິຖຸນາ – 20 ກໍລະກົດ ນັກສຶກສາທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບການຄັດເລືອກຈາກມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລແຫ່ງຊາດ ຈຳນວນ 30 ຄົນ ແມ່ນໄດ້ເດີນທາງໄປທັດສະນະແລກປ່ຽນທາງດ້ານວິຊາການຢູ່ປະເທດສິງກະໂປມາແລ້ວ.
Lao, Singaporean student gathering exchanging knowledge, promoting understanding
National University of Laos (NUOL) students and 30 young leader of Singapore are participating in the Temasek Foundation International Specialist’ Community Action and Leadership Exchange (TFI SCALE) Programme in Vientiane from September 7-21.
The Lao students, senior officers, staff and students from Ngee Ann Polytechnic of Singapore are gathering to learn more about Lao culture, history, society, education development at the Laos-Japan Human Development Institute, NUOL.
Vice President of NUOL, Assoc Prof Dr Oudom Phonekhampheng, Singapore Ambassador to Laos, Ms Leow Siu Lin, and senior officials from NUOL and Singapore, joined students for the launch on Monday.
Dr Oudom said the exchange at NUOL was a significant event for the university’s academic cooperation and student exchange.
“It serves as a platform at which students are able to meet, exchange, promote and enhance mutual understanding among on another in aspects of cross-culture, language, history and socio-economic development of each country through a series of academic sessions and study visits within Vientiane and other provinces, ” he said.
He said the programme was also boosting linkages with the close collaboration and partnership between the two institutions, especially among young leaders of the future.
“We hope you will gain a much better understanding of Laos as we are a part of the Asean Economic Community. We will actively collaborate and cooperate with each other in the future, especially our young leaders. The NUOL, as a host and partner in this cooperation, will be fully supporting and working closely to achieve successful outcomes of the program,” he added.
He thanked Temasek foundation International for their support and Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s team for working closely together to organize the programme at the NUOL.
The current event in Vientiane in the second part of the cooperation programme with 30 NOUL students hosted at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore from June 29 to July 20. The Lao students gained new knowledge and experiences, as well as wonderful stories and memorable moments to take back from Singapore.
